ANITA
Anita is the founder of Serendipity and the one responsible for the endless Disney soundtracks and all things pink! Her love for the studio shines through in everything she does, although she’d happily trade it all in for the chance to legally own a raccoon! 🦝
JODY
Jody has been with Serendipity since the very beginning and brings over 20 years of piercing experience! Her calm and gentle nature makes her the perfect person to put even the most nervous clients at ease. When she’s not piercing, she loves getting creative with arts and crafts or settling down with a good horror film! 👻
KAREN
Karen is one of the welcoming faces of Serendipity, always ready with a friendly smile to make everyone feel at home! She’s super creative and loves all things arts and crafts, even making her own jewellery. Although, if there’s one thing she loves more than getting creative, it’s a good gin! 🍸
Stacey
Stacey started out as one of our favourite customers, and with her love of all things piercing, becoming a piercer herself seemed like the natural next step! Over eight years later, her passion and enthusiasm for piercing still shine through. Although we have to admit, her heart will always belong to Jack Daniel’s! 🥃
Beth
Beth first joined us working weekends before completing her piercing apprenticeship with us, and she’s now a fabulous piercer in her own right! Her outgoing personality makes every piercing experience a positive one. And if you need someone to entertain the little ones while you’re getting pierced, Beth’s your girl… although we can’t guarantee she’ll give them back! 😂

Clare
Clare is one of the friendly faces welcoming you to Serendipity! Working on reception, her positive energy makes everyone feel welcome. She’s also a hairstylist and a big dog fan. Luckily, her hounds are short-haired, so she can’t practise any styles on them! 🐾
Mia
Mia joined us as an apprentice and has since proved to be a natural when it comes to piercing! Her quiet, calm nature puts even the most nervous clients at ease, ensuring a lovely piercing experience. And when she’s not piercing, she’s spending time with her cat, who is rather brilliantly named 'Boy'! 🐈⬛
