Piercing Services

All piercing services are subject to consultation and suitability assessments carried out by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse a piercing service where we believe it would be unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interests.

Proof of age and identification may be required before certain services can be provided.

Clients under the age of 18 may be required to attend with a parent or legal guardian in accordance with our studio policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual where we believe the procedure would be unsafe, inappropriate, or where a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise unsuitable for treatment.

Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, allergies, medications, and any other relevant health conditions before receiving a piercing.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the suitability of a piercing procedure.

Aftercare

Aftercare advice is provided to help support the healing process. However, individual healing times and outcomes may vary.

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by our team.

We cannot guarantee specific healing times, healing outcomes, or the absence of complications, as these can vary significantly between individuals and depend on factors outside of our control.

Once aftercare advice has been provided, clients accept responsibility for following the recommended aftercare procedures. Serendipity Body Piercing Limited cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
